Spring Blossom Painting Party

On Tuesday, May 3rd, from 6-8pm, Appalachian Arts Center will host a spring blossom Painting Party.

Virginia Warner will lead participants in the creation of an acrylic painting of the spring blossoms shown above. No experience is necessary; the only thing needed is the desire to have lots of fun, paint, and enjoy the company of your fellow painters!

A unique way to celebrate Mothers' day, or just a great girls’ night out, the cost is $40 per person and includes all materials and refreshments. Punch and snacks will be served during the break. Each participant will leave with a completed 16x20 canvas.

Space is limited to 20 participants, registered on a first come, first served basis. In order to hold your spot, payments must be received in full. Appalachian Arts Center, a part of Southwest Virginia Community College, is located on Route 19, in the “Old Archie Helton Store,” 2.5 miles south of Claypool Hill.
