Goodwin Family Weavers reception

We invite you to join us on Saturday, April 21st at 1:00pm for a reception with light refreshments during which time Carole Cooke and her cousin, Ileen Yost, will share stories and memories of their grandfather, Jake Goodwin, and the family weaving business. (We'd love to hear your stories and memories of the blanket mill too!)

The exhibit will be on display at Appalachian Arts Center through May 31, 2018, during our regular business hours: Tuesday-Saturday: 12-6pm, and Saturday: 10am-6pm. Learn about the history of our area, and enjoy the artistry and industry kept alive by 5 generations of Goodwin men.
